Hi All, So, my main type of work out right now is my Muay Thai Kickboxing class. I go twice a week and each class is 2 hours. Eating Back Work Out Calories
Hi all, I get the part about eating back your exercise calories but when are you suppose to do this? I work out in the evening and burn over 1000 calories at my class (2 hours of Muay Thai kickboxing). When I get home at 9:30, I can't eat That much. Do I eat extra calories during the day before I work out?
