Snacks for my son

Plain home popped popcorn.... We've managed to get the boys off of crisps (chips?) by letting them have popcorn instead, plus it's fun to make. Raisins and dried apricots, bread sticks, rice cakes, banana chips, grapes, strawberries etc....

carrots and or celery sticks w/ low fat ranch dressing. YUMMY!!!! I actually prefer PB w/ my celery but that won't cut it at your boy's school.0

Celery with cream cheese, multi-grain crackers with Laughing Cow cheese spread between them, light cheese sticks, Baby-bell cheese rounds, carrots and celery with individual hummus cups. Apple slices are a great option too. You can either spritz them with lemon juice or sprinkle True Lemon on them to keep them from turning brown. When I was a teacher one of the moms used to put just a little cinnamon on her son's apple slices so he wouldn't notice they had browned by snack time.0
