I need a good ab workout video. Any ideas?
I am currently alternating every other day between Jillian Michael's "Trouble Zones" and "TurboFire Greatest HIITS". However-- I want a video that is all abs. I am getting small everywhere else and toning everywhere else, but I need my abs to be tighter. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Today I am having: Grilled Chicken Greek salad with: grilled chicken, black olives, feta cheese, red onions, cherry tomatoes on top of mixed salad greens with carrots and cabbage, and using 1/2 package of Marzetti Asian Seasame dressing. (Total calories: 419) YUM! What are you having?

Question on sodium intake and calories
Here is the silly question for the day: Let's say you consume a meal high in sodium (ie: Chipotle), but you are still under your calorie intake for the day. Will that high sodium meal make you gain weight, or does it not matter since you are under your allowed calories? TIA!

How can you determine calories burned?
How can you determine calories burned on an exercise video that is half cardio/half weight training? I do Jillian Michael's video "Trouble Zones", and keyed in 45 min of cardio, but that probably isn't accurate given some of it is weight training. How do I figure this out? TIA!

Let's discuss late-night snacking
My biggest issue is late night snacking. We eat dinner early-- usually 4:45pm or 5pm, and then I do my workout around 8pm, and after 8pm I am STARVING. Jillian Michael's "Trouble Zones"?
I have been doing this video for about a month and a half, and it's REALLY good. Anyone else try it and get good results or thinking about trying it? It's a 45 minute video broken down into 6 circuits. It focuses on all the "trouble zones" us ladies have: saddlebags, muffin tops, back fat, etc.
