I can't wait to start my 30 day shred!! Right now, I'm doing it every couple of days, just trying to make it through the whole thing with no breaks. Once I can, I'll be starting for real. Can't wait to see good results! I hope I do.

Yes-- 30 days straight! It was not easy, not well worth it.

Wow that's amazing!
I'm also doing No More Trouble Zones since June 22th and I had only 2 days of rest... hope to see that kind of results because for now it doesn't seem to work !
Thanks for sharing, it gives me the motivation I needed to continue my 30 days!
