Another way to get fitness in: Abs & TV

My cousin has really nice abs, and I could not figure out how because she barely works out. Well-- I found out as she watches her tv shows at night (usually an hour to 2 hrs of tv), she lays back on her exercise ball or on her mat and and does abs! Not the entire 2 hrs, but she said she usually does it during the commercial breaks.
I never thought about doing this. I guess it's better than sitting on your butt in front of the tube.

Just thought I'd share since it's a great (and easy) way to get more exercise in. :)

    I used to do that when I was younger and I always had a flat stomach. I should start doing it again.

    That is a great idea! I like to watch the Big Bang Theory at nights haha! So that is definitely something i'm going to try.

    GREAT show! I also love MasterChef and Hell's Kitchen, but, both make me hungry. ;)

    This is the best idea ever. Now if I can find a spot in the floor that isn't covered in toys...lol

    Same here! Love them, but I can't watch them cook all that tastey food!
