What are some protein or nutrition bars that actually taste good and help keep you on track? I really love the taste of Luna bars but I’ve been told they aren’t really that great. I also like Kind bars so something similar would be great

Help with calories
I am trying to stay in a calorie deficit but some days I find I still have quite a few calories leftover at the end of the day. I hurt my knee pretty badly last week so walking on the treadmill is not the best idea for me right now. I usually do 45 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week so does anyone have any suggestions on something else I can do until I heal? HELP me with my morning buddy....coffee!!!
I am going sugar free starting tomorrow. Problem is, I can't wake up without my morning coffee and yes, I add sugar! I used Splenda for a while but realized that's not much better than regular sugar. So does anyone have any suggestions on what to use instead of sugar??? Please help!

General (and possibly silly) question...
When starting the C25K program is it best to do it on flat lands as opposed to trying to run up and down hills? I'll be doing this around my neighborhood and there are a ton of hills so I wasn't sure. Thanks!
