I really only eat them when I have a craving for something sweet since the Luna bars feel more like a candy bar to me but it helps me get my calories in most days too. I don’t eat a ton some days so I have calories to spare but increased protein isn’t a bad thing either

We got this! Let’s motivate each other and feel great

I was down 8 lbs recently but had a weekend away with hubby and now I’m finding it super hard to get back on track 😞 I have a hard time finishing my calories most days too so I feel ya there!
-
Thanks for the add! I love having people motivate me and getting food and exercise ideas from others

Oh girl I have 3 kids and after that last one (and being MUCH older when having him) it’s become sooo much harder to lose the weight

Quite a few is probably between 150-200 daily. And yes I do workout at least 4 days a week and sometimes I will eat my calories back and sometimes I won’t. I have just never had a huge appetite so pushing myself to eat more is tough

Don't look at it as a diet but a lifestyle change. Every time I'd say I'm dieting I was miserable. And take it one day at a time. Patience is hard in this situation but it's always worth it. Good luck! Feel free to add me if you need more friends or motivation

I would love more friends and motivation!

I am the same way with the sugar part. I've tried every sugar substitute and don't like any so I just stick with real sugar. Plus, it's really the only sugar I have throughout the day. What are mini moo's?

What kind of meal replacement shakes do you recommend? On my busy days I feel like this would be a great option
-
I think it's because before I hit 30 I burned everything really fast then it's like that stopped. My life didn't change much but the way I felt daily did and I also read that sometimes it can happen.

Please feel free to add me. I've restarted this same journey so many times and I'm back at square one too :s I need support!

I am in the same boat as you and it's frustrating! I start off great then somewhere along the way I just lose motivation  feel free to add me if you'd like

That's a great idea and what I plan to do. I am not good quitting something cold turkey so gradually always works better for me. Thanks

Ok great I will check out her channel today. Thank you!

That is so helpful and awesome thank you! I watched the video a bit and yes I agree - dude has some serious energy lol I love it though. Watching him gets me pumped and excited to start!
-
Thanks! I'd love to have some help holding myself accountable. 5midlohoos how did you "fix" your diet?
-
That's kind of my game plan as of now - walk, sub soda for tea and only allow myself 1 cup of coffee a day (without it I seriously can't function lol) so thank you so much for the advice! It makes me happy to see that someone else is happy with this course of action and I'm hoping it'll work for me too

I switched to vanilla flavored almond milk and it's great! Lower in cals too I believe

I wasn't a big fan of just plain water and was a HUGE soda drinker too. I had to quit cold turkey on the soda but still allow myself 1 can a week or so. I fully support the idea of Mio in your water though. You can make it as sweet as you want and it has no calories to it. It can get kind of pricey so check the papers for…

I will start today also. Lets hope I can survive lol

I had terrible shin splints the first time I went through this program and stopped. I can gladly say that this time around I'm doing better. I think you just have to really stretch out good before and after your workout. I took my jog down to a slower pace too so that I am not over doing it and ending up super sore the…
-
More details please! I'd love to start this too
-
Count me in please. I've been saying I'm going to start this and never do....maybe this will motivate me :)
-
I get stupid shin splints so I'm thinking doing it flat for the first few weeks is my best bet lol Thanks though!
