Day 7
Today was easy but my mind power was weak. I'm on my period and Im sick. I literally have no energy. I'm sure I looked like a flipping fish half the time I was trying to keep up. All in all, 3 more days until day 10 and then Im on the next journey. This week has gone by quick.

How many guys are doing the 30 day shred??? I'm trying to motivate my fiancé to do it with me! I think if he sees more guys doing the shred, he might not feel like such a freak doing it. Come on, who doesn't want to stare at Jillian's rock hard bod? If not her, the other girls are pretty hot too! :D

I Loved Day 2! I can already feel my body getting stronger and stronger! The Walk Down Push ups were the hardest though! I'm dripping with sweat so that means it was a GREAT workout!

Alright! I finished day 3 and it was sooooo hard to finish. My body is not used to such intense working out hahaha. The work out seemed to go by faster then the first 2 and I'm already noticing a difference in strength. So Is the DVD Just the 3 Levels of workouts??? Because I thought it went by days... I was about to buy the dvd and then it only said 3 workouts... Then i looked on amazon and say the same thing... Is it just the level 1,2 and 3 workouts? and your supposed to go back and forth between them? I'm clearly confused... haha

Alright. So I think I may be a tad confused or maybe im on the right track. So my daily calorie intake is 1200 calories a day. If I burn 1200 calories does that mean I need to eat 2400 calories to keep me at even? Today I ate about 2000 calories. I burned approximately 1300 calories during exercising. Does that mean my…
