I love to walk, run and the elliptical at the gym. I also love to get out for a hike as often as I can. Love the spin class at my gym too.

I so love riding my bike. I need to get a more comfy seat with some of my "padding" gone tho! I could ride forever.

@24 hour they have turbo kickboxing. I love the instructor and his energy. By far my favorite!

Cycling with a long way second, weights ( low weight high reps 3X 80 5kg )
