What's the best you can do? Smirnoff Ice
Hi guys, I'm wondering how many calories are in a 330 mL bottle of Smirnoff Ice? It's the 7% original version  I checked their site and it says 331 kJ, or 79 kcal per 100 mL. Does the "kcal" mean "calories", so there's 261 calories in a bottle? Thanks, and Happy New Year :drinker:

Are caffeine pills safe?
I drink a lot of coffee, probably a bit too much because my body seems to tolerate it and now it doesn't give me the mental kick it used to. I was wondering if caffeine pills would be more potent, and safe within proper dosage? Does anyone here use them? Thanks in advance

Peanut butter
I eat a lot of peanut butter but I'm a bit confused about the portion sizes >.<" I read somewhere that two tablespoons is 170 calories and the size of your thumb. But I used a measuring spoon and the size of my thumb is only one tablespoon... Do I just have smaller thumbs than the average person? Sorry if my…

Egg whites.
Just a quick question ^_^ I ate some egg whites from a carton (EggCreations) for dinner and had about a cup of it. But I checked the calories and that's only a total of 120 calories o.O I thought that was really low and not really believing it... Or are egg whites really that healthy? ^_^;; Thanks in advance
