Egg whites.

Just a quick question ^_^

I ate some egg whites from a carton (EggCreations) for dinner and had about a cup of it. But I checked the calories and that's only a total of 120 calories o.O

I thought that was really low and not really believing it... Or are egg whites really that healthy? ^_^;;

    I checked it on the manufacturer's website. The 120/ cal is correct!

    Yes, it's great isn't it? I recently discovered that too, except I use one whole egg plus 2-3 whites. Yummy, high protein low fat food! :tongue:

    I love them!!! Sometimes thats what I'll have for breakfast!!! 1/2 cup in a microwavable mug plus 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Light cheese. cover witha paper towel, microwave for 1 min, stir, recover and microwave again for about 45 sec. That with 2 slices of light wheat bread!!! YUM!!
