As I work out, I've started playing with my.....
PS3! As of yesterday.... I wheeled my elliptical out to the livingroom and wondered if I could play my PS3 and exercise at the same time. EUREKA! Next thing I knew, I'd been on there for an HOUR, which I'd never done before and it was sooooo great! Just wanted to share my joy and excitement! :tongue:

I have started licking my....
plate KUH-LEAN!!!! Keeping myself to 1200 calories, I find myself licking bowls, plates, utensils, etc. til I could prooooobably put them back in the cabinets and people would think they were just out of the dishwasher. The pace that is given is for a 10 minute mile. I know it says "jog 1/2 mile or 5 minutes" etc etc... but what if we just can't go this fast for the distance? Do I repeat the week until I can??? Please help... argh.
