Tooth extraction - what to eat afterwards - any suggestions
On Saturday I am having to have one of my wisdom teeth taken out and I won't be able to eat anything too hot for a couple of days (so soup is out) and obviously nothing that needs much chewing! Yoga
I was just wondering if anyone had tried Bikram Yoga which is the one you do in the heat for about 90 minutes? Has anyone tried it before? Does it make a difference that its in a hot environment? I have been wondering how much water you should be dirnking each day? I know that I drink quite a lot which does mean that I need to use the loo a lot(!) but is it bad to drink too much? Low cal snacks - found!
I'm always on the look out for low cal snacks and today i ahev discovered Speacial K bars! Chocolate and rasperry cereal bar - only 89 calories!! Completely removes the afternoon sweet tooth without being sky high in calories. Does anyone else have any good recent find for low-cal snacks?

Hunger pangs! Help!
I keep getting hunger pangs at around 10.30 - 11.30am having eaten a 250cal breakfast at around 8am - I don't want to eat lunch that early otherwise I'll be starving in the afternoon! Any suggestions for keeping hunger pangs at bay?! Thanks!
