30 Day Shred - How many calories burned?!

I have started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred but I'm not sure how many calories burned to log in my exercise diary?Does anyone have a record or a certain number that they use as a rule of thumb?

I am obviously on Level 1 at the moment and I am 5'4 and weigh 148 pounds (in case that makes a difference to number of calories burned).

  • When I do the 30 day shred I use "Circuit Training, general" under Cardio and let that category calculate the calories.
