Got remeasured today after 3 weeks
I've lost 10 1/2 inches in my first three weeks!!!! I dropped 1% body fat as well. I just had to post, I was beaming all day!

I've never been thin as an adult.
I'm 6ft 7" with a small frame. I have a heart condition which NORMALLY presents with being stick thin. As a child I was. Can someone explain? (net calories)
I don't really understand how the net calories work. My daily goal is 2,495/day. After a hard workout, this was my chart for yesterday: Totals 2,363 Your Daily Goal 3,310 Remaining 947 My personal trainer had told me NOT to eat those extra calories I'm given for exercise. Can somebody explain?
