100 calories or less snacks
I only have 1200 calories a day, and it's so easy to go go over. Sometimes I need a little bite but I need to stock up on snacks that wont break my calorie bank. I tried the 30DS one day, and my knees started hurting. I went walking today and my knees are still hurting, so I wont be able to do the 30DS for a while. Any other DVDS that are similar?

IF and weighing yourself
If you do IF, do you weigh yourself in the morning or right before you break your fast? Normally I weigh myself in the morning, but I'm thinking that if I'm doing IF, it should be right before I break the fast.
