What do you need for the 30DS?

I have a yoga mat, a weighted 6 lb ball, and resistance bands.

    You need a set of hand weights.

    A set of dumbbells. 3,5, or 8 lb. I used 5 lb, but will use 8 lb if I do it again.

    Hand weights, I use 5 lbs because I'm a beginner. And a towel because you will sweat!! Good luck

    Just a mat if on a hard surface and weights, 3,5, or 8. If beginner I'd start with 3.

    I used cans of organic pumpkin before I went out and bought my hand weights. I'm a beginner and only use 3lb weights. You guys must be pretty strong if you're using heavier because I'm super sore the next day.
