Needing to lose a little

Hi. I'm a mom who's been progressively gaining more and more weight. So I'm trying to put a stop to that. I've been eating atrociously lately, so I'm not looking to do a temporary diet, just more of a permanent change to healthier food.
Currently I weight 130, which doesn't sound like much, but I'm only 5'3 and I have a tiny tiny frame, so those extra pounds show up faster. My goal is to get down to 110, which is what my weight was before I had kids, but I'll settle for 115.
