subtracting fiber
I did not subtract fiber when I first started eating about 100 grams of carbs per day and then I started and have been stuck at the same weight for a while. Just wondering if that is making a difference and would like some ideas on how to shake things up.

Diary settings
On the diary settings, I chose fat but also to track saturated fat. Does anyone know if the fat is total fat including the different types even if I track them separately?

Sweeteners
Is there a sweetener that is carb free. Most of the ones I use have some even though their servings say 0. I haven't been able to kick my love of sweet coffee or hot tea and find I am getting too many carbs in them. I would rather be able to eat those carbs.

Low Carb
I have had success losing weight keeping carbs under 100 grams per day. I have lost a little over twenty lbs in three months , I take synthroid & my last tests showed good control. Something to consider if you are not losing counting calories.

High fat
My doctor advised me to follow a plan that limits my carbs to 100 per day. The amount of fat I consume now is more than I have ever had before & it is above my goals set by MFP. Is this okay?
