Staying healthy when working with small kids
Anyone have tips (that work!) for reducing the number of colds you catch when you work with little ones? I teach preschool and can already have my first scratchy throat. I don't want to let getting sick get in the way of my workouts. I do the obvious things, like washing my hands often and not touching my face.

I don't want to eat right before we leave because they might get sick with the hot weather, but when we get home (after 8:00) is really close to their bedtime. I guess my…

Suggestions for an exercise newbie
Anyone have a good suggestion (DVD or exercise program) to do at home? Something that maybe you found motivating when you started? I'm in my 30's, normal weight range, but I don't exercise at all. I guess I am what people on MFP refer to as "skinnyfat".
