Sore wrist during pushups

Is there a modification that can help this? It is only my left wrist, and I don't want to stop doing push-ups.

It depends what is causing the pain. But in my case, doing pushups on my knuckles help to alleviate some pain.0 -
you can buy perfect pushup handles at walmart.....really helps with the strain on your wrists0

I bought pushup bars/handles and it has helped tremendously plus it gives you the benefit of deeper movement.0

Or if handy can make em real cheap and quick with PVC pipe

Padded gloves such as light-weight boxing or MMA gloves my help if you are going to try knuckle push ups.0
