Finally!
After weeks of not being able to get below the 155 pound mark, this morning I weighed in at 154.6. WOOHOO!!! I just recently bought a Polar F11 hrm so I think that's going to be a big help with losing even more weight. YIPPEE!

Acai Berry complex
Has anyone ever heard of this drink? It's made up of acai berries and other fruits. My office supply lady was telling me about it. She was at a conference in Missouri recently and somebody gave her some now she is really excited about the healthy benefits of it. I've never heard of it before.

Someone finally noticed!
After losing 20 pounds, someone finally noticed my weight loss. A lady at church yesterday asked me if I had lost weight. I said yes and she asked if I had been sick. I told her no, it was deliberate weight loss. It was so nice that someone finally noticed. :happy:

Floating poop
I believe someone posted the other day something about if your poop floats it means you're pooping out fat. Well I looked at my poop this morning and I have to say I got a little excited when I saw some of it floating because I figured I had pooped out some fat. :bigsmile:
