ARGH! Why did my calories get increased?

I logged this weekend's food in today because I don't have a computer at home yet and when I entered my breakfast for this morning, I realized my daily calories have been increased from 1210 to 1410. It was already hard enough to eat all my calories to begin with and now I have to eat more! Why did my daily calories increase? I lost two more pounds in the past week, is that why? :frown:

Are you working out? This is one way I know that extra calories are added to your diet.
Did you get a pop-up request to modify your calorie intake based on your weight and accept that response? If that's the case you may have inadvertently adjusted your calories without realizing it.
You know what your calories were and I would suggest eating to that level and not any more unless you're finding your weight coming off too fast and you're constantly hungry.0 -
lol maybe it's telling you to get 200 worth of exercise calories burned
Not sure what happened. I would think you entered in some exercise and then it automatically increases your calories for the day.0 -
Oh, whew! Thanks, dulceluva. That's what I did. When I was entering my exercises in for the weekend, I accidently entered 200 calories burned for today. Whew, I've been stressing all day trying to figure out how in the world I was going to eat 200 more calories. :laugh:0
