Has anyone ever used an airfryer?
I just saw an ad for one and have never heard of it before. It's supposed to give a deep fried taste with just a tablespoon of oil? (According to the ad anyway ). I haven't deep fried in years and the thought of all the grease and oil turns my stomach, so I'm curious about this. I'd prefer to hear from someone who's used…

Exercise logged into app, but not showing on my laptop? Not syncing?
So I just noticed that the long jog from this morning that I entered into the mfp app on my phone wasn't showing up on when I logged into mfp on my laptop. I tried exiting out and logging back in, tried restarting my computer, no luck. Any suggestions, or should I just ignore it for a day and hope it works tomorrow?

Best cheap hrm
I'm giving up on my old polar ft4. I keep having connection problems. I rinse it after every single use, I've replaced the batteries in the watch and the transmitter, and I've replaced the strap. I'm on a really tight budget, so what's the best basic but accurate hrm? I don't care if it syncs with mfp, I'd rather deal with…

Need advice on bike rack for 4 bikes
I'm trying to research what I need to carry 4 bikes on my scion xB and I am so confused. One regular bike, one mountain bike, two average clunky kids' bikes. Would a class I hitch be enough for that many bikes, someone tried to tell me that's all I can get on my scion, don't know yet if that's really true? I am fine with…

hrm scratching my skin raw
Anyone else have this problem or am I just weird? I have a polar ft4 with the chest strap. I've been jogging 14-18 miles a week this summer and the sensor on my chest is starting to scratch me raw. I think it'll still work if I put Band-Aids there, but it will be annoying to always have to do that. Just curious, its not…

Mudathlon with contacts?
So there's a 3 mile mudathlon next month that sounds like fun, but I've never done one before. My question to those who have done it before, what are the chances of losing my contacts? I'm blind without them, and I'm not used to wearing my glasses very much and would get dizzy trying to run in them. They're gas permeable…

Need ideas for office valentines day treats
I'd like to bring something at least semi-healthy on Friday for a treat to my office valentines day party, because I'm sure everything else there will be loaded with sugar. First keep in mind its a daycare actually not an office, and it needs to be peanut free even though its for the teachers not the kids. I don't have a…

question for Cincinnati people about Graeters
I'm saving up calories for dessert tonight, does anyone have any nutritional info on their new gelato or "a little less indulgent" line? I've been looking online and can't find anything yet. I'm assuming its available in their stores, the news stories I read said it was coming out late January. Trying to plan ahead and see…

need something for pms!
pms emotions driving me batty....having a rough day and really feeling seriously sorry for myself. Gonna start crying over hallmark commercials at this rate. Anything I can take that helps? At least my "comfort food" is coke zero and not a box of chocolates.

anyone from TN? Need vacation advice
I want to take my family to the smoky mountains and avoid Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge completely--I don't even want my kids to know they exist! I want them to see mountains, waterfalls, go hiking, etc and not get distracted by hideous things like Ripleys Believe it or not. Where can we stay? Need a cheap hotel or cabin, on…

NO I don't want to get sick, I want to go the gym tomorrow! I've just taken a 1000mg vitamin c pill and a vitamin d pill with 5000 iu. Any other suggestions besides a good night's sleep and lots of liquids?

exercise routine changing
I managed to get down to my goal weight, and currently exercise 4 times a week--usually 2-3 miles jogging, or 45 minutes on the ellipse, plus some light weights. But I'll be starting a 2nd part time job soon and won't have near as much time for the gym, probably only 2 days a week. The 2nd part time job is cleaning houses…
