Arm flab almost gone!
Starting resistance training was one of the best decision I made! That arm flab has been giving me a complex for the last 6 years! It's almost gone :D The first pic was around the end of February and the second one was yesterday. There's a difference of 18 lbs and 3% body fat.

Halfway there! With pics
I started running a year ago. Got serious about losing weight 8 months ago and working out 6 days a week. Got my nutrition in check one good habit at a time. I'm down 34 lbs and 4% body fat. Running: average pace vs height

Breakfast for upset stomach
Hi everyone, I'm pregnant and have morning sickness. I found tricks that help and I'm able to eat a light breakfast. The thing is, I have a whole hour of car before I get to work. And I get car sick in the traffic, because by then, my stomach is almost empty, and then... well let's say that what's left of my breakfast ends…

Swimming
Hi, Since I am not fond of running, I decided to swim. I do about 40 laps (1 km) in half an hour twice a week. I start with 20 laps (3 crawl, 1 breaststroke) then I do kick only, then arms only, a litlle bit of back crawl. Anyone has suggestions to add a little diversity to that? Thanks
