Grapefruit = better weight loss

I have always loved salads and have recently been eating them a lot more. I only use a couple tbsp of fat free dressing on my salads which is great calorie wise but it's killing me on the sodium. Need a final answer on eating back exercise calories
So according to fat2fitradio.com my BMR is 1848 and my TDEE based on an active lifestyle is 2552. I have my goals custom set at 2000. Based on this do I need to eat back my exercise calories or no? I know it includes the calories I burn at work but what about workouts that I do at home? TIA!!!
