Need a final answer on eating back exercise calories

So according to fat2fitradio.com my BMR is 1848 and my TDEE based on an active lifestyle is 2552. I have my goals custom set at 2000. Based on this do I need to eat back my exercise calories or no? I know it includes the calories I burn at work but what about workouts that I do at home? TIA!!!

    I eat back half of my exercise calories, so on average I eat 1800 calories a day. I really think to lose weight you need to stay under 2000 calories a day unless you're an olympic athlete.

    If your estimated TDEE level included all exercise you plan on doing, then you do not eat back exercise calories.

    If the TDEE level was based your average exercise routine, the I'll always get them done workouts, but you are able to throw in an extra hour here or there, then eat an extra 250 cal for that workout.

    Conversely, if you miss one of your planned included workouts, skip 250 that day. If you end up making it up, eat another 250 more.

    You are trying to train eating appropriate for your level of activity. That will accomplish it.

    If you didn't include any exercise in the TDEE level at all, then just use MFP the way it's intended. Daily goal already has deficit, you eat back exercise calories when you really do it.

    You are never going to get a FINAL answer on this question. Some people eat them, some people don't. Some people will tell you that the only way you'll ever succeed is to eat them, and some people will tell you they don't see the point in eating them. My advice to you, try both ways and figure out which works best for you.
