Any oxalate counters out there?
I don't count calories as my # 1 use of MFP. I count salt, protein, sugar. I also have to count oxalates and I add them in my notes on the food diary. I also have to watch my calcium so I check it on my phone to see if I make 100% on there. Anyone else out there having to do this to reduce kidney stones?

I am allowing myself the number of carbs for a 1500 calorie diabetic diet. my fitnesspal also counts sugar. I am never able to stay at or below my sugar count even when eating no processed food.
