I wonder how I would enter my Abs-solution fitness class in MFP? Also at my gym the is a 30 min circuit training that I need to enter as well (musculation machine1 minute, cardio 1 minute, alternating). TIA

low cal cocktails
Hi, I am looking for ideas of low calorie cocktails or alcohol drinks that doesn't include stuff with artificial sweetners (ie: christal lite, mito, etc) or diet soft drinks. My usual beverage of choice is wine(red and or white), margarita, beer, but am open to try new.

I would like to know if there are any users of this HRM. I have an opportunity to get one at a good price new, but I do not know much about them. I have looked here and the talk is mostly about the pros and cons of polar and fitbit. I know it should invest in one to get a better read on how much I am burning. Any advice?

went sliding/tobboganing with the kids for 2 hrs, I logged it as 1 hour because I don't think I should count the easy ride down, lol. burned 524 calories? could that be right? I know it is a general number depending how much effort you give climbing up the hill. Any thoughts?

I am still very new to this so I need some more clarification: I have my A)calorie goal, minus my B)exercise goal(which give additional calories) then the C)net . In order to lose lbs does the balance need to be zero. A minus B equals C C being the net.
