exercise classification

I wonder how I would enter my Abs-solution fitness class in MFP? Also at my gym the is a 30 min circuit training that I need to enter as well (musculation machine1 minute, cardio 1 minute, alternating). TIA

The exercise categories feel restrictive. I typed in "strength training" and got no results, but later found it in the list?? Is there a calorie category, a place to type in calories burned? With all of the tracking equipment available, it seems reasonable to have a place where MFP users could simply record that information. Please post if you find such a feature! TY

The circuit training you can enter as "circuit training" in the cardiovascular exercise section. The Abs-solution class, I'd probably list as "calisthenics". That's the closest thing I can think to put it under.

Any time you enter a cardio exercise you can overwrite the calculated calorie burn. Go to your exercise diary and you can type over what it enters for you. You can create your own exercise too. On the website, go to Exercise/My exercises and then there is a green button to Create Exercise.
