I have been following my 1200 cal/day and I have been having mild headaches. Is this related to reduced calorie intake? or just a coincidence. Any suggestions of food to help?. Thx

It could be. It could also be due to a sudden decrease in sugar consumption or if you stopped drinking coffee. 1200 is pretty low. If you are set at 2 pounds a week you may want to bump it up to one.0

Also check and make sure you are getting enough sodium and magnesium.0

Eating 1200 a day compared to what? If you went from 2000 to 1200 yea I'm going to say that its your body's reaction to the decrease. But there are other factors, are you drinking enough water? eating enough protein? sleeping enough? did you all of a sudden cut carbs out? ditch the caffeine? low on sugar?
Honestly if these headaches become a routine thing you may want to see your primary. good luck0 -
For those who may be interested in knowing: after my 3 weeks in, headaches have gone away. I think it was by body reacting to no coffee. I went cold turkey on that one, so now I have a half cup-full cup, every other day or so.0

That makes sense. Glad you found out what was making you so miserable! I had a killer migraine last weekend that I ended up taking advil liquigel migraine for and thankfully that stuff works wonders!!0
