Renewed commitment to exercise
I started back with brief daily home elliptical and now in the middle of 30 Day Shred.(Level 2 Day 5) I know I need to stay active in order to have energy but it is difficult to stay motivated. If I take a rest day, I feel so much inertia to get started again.

It seems like a miracle! I just completed Day 1Level 1 and it was because I clicked on somebody's lead yesterday and said I would do it. For more than a month I had been telling myself to start! Come on and do it with me..Yes, I mean YOU!

Body Revolution?
I see some of the dedicated people talking about body revolution. Is it a lot harder than 30 day shred? Are the workouts longer? How are they recommended , I mean do you them every day or 3 days a week? I really am just getting back to doing some Jillian workouts after several weeks of not working out. Keep up the good…

Week 2( day something)
Come on everybody! I did 30 DS level 1 Day 6 for me today. I got into a mess of poison ivy and skipped workout 2 days. Thank goodness for hydrocortisone cream! But I'm back in the game her, Let's GO!:tongue:

Here I am!
Hi Jillian Buddies! Today is a brand new day and I did 30 day shred for the first time in a long time. It was hard and it made me sweat. I was in better shape a few months ago when level 1 of 30 DS felt "almost easy".Oh well, I'm back now and I will be here tomorrow and do it again with you all!:happy:

NSV Regular Push-ups!

Well, I am happy to say I finished Week 4. Week 3 knocked me for a loop because so many of the moves required balance and strength. Week 4 was easier. I did Week 3 Day 2! Day 1 blew me away, so I went back and did several days of 30 Day Shred, instead. Today I made my own modifications of the modifications. Okay women, I just completed my final session of level 2! I proudly announce that I did ALL of that Plankety-plank-plank Abs minute at the end! I am certain that I would have quit long ago without the support and motivation of this wonderful group of women! Thanks and I look forward to level 3 tomorrow!
