proper summer eating
I am wondering how everyone manages to get their proper calorie intake throughout the summer time? I can't seem to get myself to eat twice a day let alone 4-5 when it is hot. How bad is this for me and what can I do to help me eat the calories I need to help me burn what I need??? Any suggestions?

I have been tracking calories and exercising 5-6 days per week...3 weeks straight. Staying more active than my body is used to. I can see inches dropping (like 2-3) but am having belly fat issue. losig inches not lbs
Since about mid July this year, I have lost 16 lbs. Last week it was 18. Some how I have gained back 2lbs but lost a 1/2 inch in my hips and a full inch in my waist. Is this normal???
