  • Ha ha.. I agree with you on that. The donuts MUST GO!!! I find the drawing ad a good one. Makes me want to click it and find out how to lose that belly fat....HOWEVER.... :) since I have seen it before and clicked on... I will agree the ad is bad because it is a ploy to get you to buy stuff.....

  • Well, to sort of touch on each of your suggestions..... My target right now is 1200. I got this target last year so I don't remember how I came to it. It was here somewhere, I think. Anyways. I can't say for sure that I am hitting the 1200 daily because when I add in the exercise it throws everything completely off balance…
  • I started Hip Hop Abs last week with Shaun T. I really like it. It claims that you will lose so much in the first 6 days, and I found that to NOT be true....HOWEVER... I have lost inches. It is a lot of fun to do.
  • Don't feel bad. I went way over (probably) on calories this weekend, too. However... I have NOT met my calorie goal ONCE this week, so am hoping that I didn't do too much damage. Don't be so hard on yourself. We cannot be great everyday! :) Just get back at it!!

  • Very Very good points! I am working out now as I was not then, so true....I wasn't gaining muscle. I am doing cardio but not weight training. I actually just heard something today that with cardio, your metabolism slows down almost immediately after your done, but weight training, you burn the fat for a much longer period…
