Hello MFP...
I am in serious need of friends that were/are 50lbs or so overweight and have success stories and those that are overweight ready to be a success story. I am at least 50lbs overweight and need to know the how to's. I can't do this on my own w/out hearing from people that have successfully lost the pounds. And I want to have challenges with those who are in my weight group so we can bust this out together
