Yes. I did it yest. I ran at 5.5 for first two 5 min runs and the last run was at 5. It was just pushing the limits for me. For W5 D2, I will be running at 4.5.

125 lbs goal reached
Reached 125 lbs and very happy with myself. Still lots to go especially around tummy. Will slowly and surely reach there:smile: Had a viral fever last week and that helped with loosing a few extra lbs. Have to resume my workout routine today with Leslie Sansone. Need her to motivate me back to my workout routine.:laugh:

130lbs goal reached
I have been trying to lose my pregnancy weight gain. I reached 160 lbs in my last pregnancy. And today at 19 weeks PP, I have reached my 130lbs mark. My goal is to be around 115lbs and be toned. I hope to get there by my next birthday when I will be 35(ouch..)
