The Last 15 lbs

I am looking for tips/exercises/food or anything that helped you to loose the last hard to get rid off 15 - 20lbs.

    I'm working on my last 9 lbs right now and have yet to hit any real plateau. The trick to continuing weight loss is to switch things up. if you aren't lifting weights, start. If you are already lifting weights, change what you are doing. There needs to be constant change to keep your body guessing continually. While I've lifted consistently for the past 9 1/2 months, I've switched up my workouts a few times, going from full body to 3 day splits and now to full body heavy lifting.
