I just wanted to know how do you deal with all the jumping and hardcore stuff and NOT hurt the knee. Isn't all the jumping bad for your knees in the long term, and maybe short term as well?

Also, how do you deal with the wrist pain that comes with all the pushups? Or is it just me that have these issues?

I am just curious to know how people are able to do all these hardcore stuff and be pain free long term...:noway:

I have problems with my wrists too but I just push through. It seems the troubles with them have eased over time, I suppose after my wrists become stronger.

As for jumping, Shaun T says to land soft. When I come down from a jump, I make sure my knees are slightly bent.

    Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. That's very hopeful to hear. I want to try all these hardcore stuff, but worried about the long term effects.

Probably not the answer you want to hear: by doing something else.....

Insanity is inherently flawed - it's practically designed to f*** your knees up.....
