Breathing when doing SL
Hi, Just wanted to know what is the correct way to inhale/hold breath/exhale when doing the lifts? For ex;- when squatting, I take a deep breath, unrack the weight onto my shoulders, exhale. Then take another breath, hold it while I squat and exhale when I come back up.

Ideas for movie time snacks

I am at 75 mcg Levothyroxine with a TSH of 0.3. Doc says it is the lowest allowable dose given the TSH. I feel I need at least 100 mcg. What is your TSH and dosage if you are taking Levo only? At what TSH did you find losing weight to be not a struggle?
