I am starting a 30 day rotation of the workouts in http://mytrainerbob.com/calendar.pdf.

Has anyone done it? What are your thoughts/tips?

Anyone else wants to join me? I will be working out only 5 days/week (starting next Mon), so will slightly vary from the schedule.
