Does any one use it? How good is it for use on top of carpet? Is it slip resistant and have good cushioning as they claim?

Are there any cheaper options that work as well?
Thanks in advance...

I'm sure you can find something comparable to the Beachbody Mat for less money.0 -
Thank you.
Anyone else??0 -
We have the beachbody mat and use it on a carpeted floor. My husband uses it more than I. It stays in place and we haven't had any problems with it. The problem we found when we were shopping for a mat is that to get an asorbing mat for cusion and one that doesn't move, the price point was really close to the Beachbody price, so we just opted to buy the one that they sold.
He does p90x if that makes a difference. I just use it for yoga and when I have to lift/cardio at home when I can't make it to the gym.0 -
The beachbody mat is a rebranded Manduka thick yoga mat. It's terrific and I use it for yoga and plyo. When I bought mine the manduka was cheaper but if they are selling the BB version for $65 jump on it. That's a great price for a great mat.
*Sorry, I have no links to prove this so you'll have to take my word for it.0 -
I use this one when I need extra cushioning (for some of Pylo X and for Ab Ripper X):
