Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows how many calories are burned Mountian bike racing. In the database all they have is MPH chooses and then BMX. mountain biking. But not mountain bike racing. i would think that it burns more then just mountain biking. If any one can help let me know thanks

Cycling
Cycling is the way to go. Went on a 45 min ride last night and BAM 375 Calories burned. Very good exercise works many muscles and very good aerobic exercise. Will plan a long ride for Saturday :)

NET CALORIE BY THE DAY OR WEEK?
Do we have to look at calorie loss by the day or can we look at it by the week? So if I go over 400 calories today and I exercise and gain 400 calories then I am good. But what if I exercise the next day? Does that work? Or if I cut back an extra 200 calories a day and then pig out on thanksgiving does that work?
