I was just wonderin once I start losin more wt will I lose some of my boobs cause I have enough that I can, lol. And if so does anyone know any exercises for doin so, or does it just come with the ones Im doin now, like Zumba, elliptical abs and all those??

I just did the 5 mile walk at home dvd and dont know under what to put it to count my calries and the same for the 30 day shred I started today can someone plz help me????

Calculating calories burned
Im goin to be playing just dance 2 and was wondering if anyone knew how to calculate the burn for it or can I just put it under the dancing, ballet or whatever it says on here and what I use to calculate Zumba??

2 Lbs
Today was my weigh in day and it says I went up 2lbs dont know what to make of it. I have been eatin and exercisin like I am suppose to so Im hopin its muscle replacin fat, lol. Well Im about to do my routine hope u all have a wonderful day!!!!

Hey i was just wondering how do I put the workout I did on my exercise thing. I did 8 minutes of arms and 8 minutes buns. My First lbs
Hello all I have lost my first 4 lbs and 6 days well technically in 5 cause I signed up on the 9th at night Im so proud of myself and Im startin a new exercise routine that I got from a soon to be personal trainer and Im excited its for a whole month and I cant wait!!!!
