The best time is when ever you are able to do it0

I would say in the morning. I've heard that it helps your metabolism burn more calories throughout the day! Plus it gives you an extra burst of energy to get through the rest of your day:)0

I think as long as you workout, is all that matters.
There are so many debates on this matter, but I don't think there is any concrete proof that any one way works best.
Just get the body moving is all that matters.0 -
Many people swear that first thing in the morning is the best time. Let me know how that works.....
I agree that the best time is when you will be most likely to do it regularly.0 -
It's great to try to work out around the same time each day to form a routine out of it. After a while, your body will be expecting that workout and demanding it - you'll get addicted! When you choose drastically different times each time you work out, it makes it harder to keep up with.
I do know that sometimes this isn't possible if you have a hectic schedule with a lot of factors involved (i.e. work, school, kids), but try to set away a little time each day for YOU and YOUR BODY. Even if it's cleaning, it's working your body - and there are little moves you can do to make a full fledged workout out of cleaning house. It's kinda nifty!
I prefer to workout in the mornings. It gives me an incredible boost throughout the day. And on my off days, sometimes I find myself working out a tad before bed - helps improve my quality of sleep.0 -
Thanx so much for the advice I used to workout around 5:30 in the evening but then it was right before dinner so I wasnt sure if that was the right thing to do.0

They say in the morning so it can jump start your metabolism for the day. I do in the morning, but work out at your convenience!0
