Workout question

Hey i was just wondering how do I put the workout I did on my exercise thing. I did 8 minutes of arms and 8 minutes buns. Its a video on youtube but I dont know how to put it on there it was 30 sec on each exercise and I will be doin that everyday, But dont know how to count it towards my exercisin any suggestions or should I just chalk it up and just keep doin it. I will also be doin 8 minute abs.

Depends on now intense. I'd probably put it as mild stretching or something like that.0
