Worst diet you have tried...
Name the diet and some details of the worst diet or fad diet you went on before MFP. Mine was the Hollywood Cookie Diet- eating 4 cookies and only one meal a day for 3 days, not to meantion each box of these "diet cookies" were $20.00 each! What was i thinking??? Thank God for MFP!

3/4 cup?
When I put in a food such as cereal, a lot of the time they only have 1 cup available, but many times I use 3/4 of a cup for either cereal or milk, how do i plug this in? i have been putting 0.8 servings of 1 cup for 3/4 but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right... any answers are appreciated =)
