workout DVDs

I generally get my excercise through workout dvds, but what excercise category should I use when i put it in my excercise log. I usually do "The Firm" which incorporates weights or The Biggest Loser (cardio one). Thanks in advance!

    Haven't gotten a workout DVD, but thinking about it. I am looking more towards the dancing videos.

    Before purchasing my HRM I would use the cardio tab and just put the amount of minutes....it was fairly accurate

    I also do the biggest loser dvd the cardio max ( im in love with that dvd ) and i log it under Circuit training, general
