Yoplait delights (if I crave something sweet) the lemon parfait and the choclate raspberry are great) If I need something abit more on the filling side I have a piece of toast with 1 teaspoon of Nutella on it. But I only have either of these treats if my calorie count allows

oh i always try to have something sweet before bed like a chocolate kashi bar or a flavored special k cereal (something that tastes like a desert but no harm done), so now trying to find new sweet snack ideas, i remember highschool days when i ate icecream every night and wouldnt gain a pound!

my snacking is related to how far under in my daily allowance I am. I keep several different items around. I've been doing well the 13 weeks I've been dieting and do not want to let the need for a snack lead me to making poor choices.

    10 calorie- sugar free jello
    35 calorie- rice cracker
    60 calorie- sugar free pudding
90 calorie- mini-delight quaker rice cracker snacks
100 calorie- 2 slices sara lee 45 calorie bread, toasted & sugarless jam

of course there are always things like fruit and celery sticks, but when I want a late night snack it is generally not the healthiest foods I go looking for in the kitchen. -k

  • I usually eat a pack of nuts. It easily removes my cravings. Nuts are protein too as far as I know, right?
