how much sugar ?
for me ( based on w/h) I have 28 grams. I feel like even though I am being heathy I always go over this amount. For an example Chobani has 19 grams in a single serving. So should I up my amount or just pick different items?

the other day I had two fruit chobani's and I was over my sugar for the day. So is that kind of sugar ( fruit) ok to over do it?

20 pounds lost
I am thrilled to say that I have lost 20 pounds and owe it to MFP. I have tried WW and lost weight but then put it back on. I feel so much freedom with MFP to be able to enjoy the foods I like without the guilt. I think tracking what I am eating and being able to see more than just the fat/cals/fiber also helps me tweak…
