I just had a cup of green grapes and there are so many cal options for the same thing. How do you pick which one is correct?

one cup of green grapes should be somewhere around 50-70 calories... so don't pick an option that is higher than that. you can always look the calories up online, and then compare. or pick the average one in the system.

I don't have a scale yet, but some people say its best to weigh everything because then you know exactly how much you ate.

    You can correct it yourself.

When you find something in the database and it is incorrect, click on the nutritional information (it is in blue lettering). Then click NO that the information is correct and then click edit. You can edit the information with the correct info and then save it.

Then you can put in your quantity amount and you are good to go.
